Terms of Service

The AI Efficiency Assessment is a one-time paid service that includes an intake questionnaire, a 45-minute discovery call, and a written report of recommended AI and automation opportunities for your business — including suggested tools, estimated effort, and a priority roadmap.

The assessment identifies opportunities and provides recommendations. It does not include building or implementing any system. If you would like implementation help, that work is scoped and quoted separately under its own agreement.

The assessment fee is a one-time charge of $500. Canadian customers are charged in CAD; United States customers are charged in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Because the assessment is a personalized professional service, fees are non-refundable once the discovery call has taken place or the written report has been delivered. If you have not yet had your call and believe the service isn't the right fit, contact us at alex@yourtimebackai.comand we'll work with you in good faith.

To get value from the assessment, you agree to provide accurate information about your business and to attend the scheduled call. The quality of the recommendations depends in part on the completeness of the information you share.

Recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information you share and our professional judgment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as time saved, revenue, or cost reductions. Results depend on how (and whether) recommendations are implemented and on factors outside our control.

The written report we deliver is for your business to use. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and know-how. You agree not to resell or redistribute the report as a standalone product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
