Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you purchase an assessment, submit an inquiry, complete the intake form, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the answers, questions, or messages you choose to share.

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly. We receive limited details such as your name, email, the amount, and confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Usage data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic — such as which pages are visited and where visitors came from. This does not identify you personally.

• To deliver the assessment — schedule your call, review your workflow, and prepare your report.
• To communicate with you, answer questions, and follow up.
• To process your payment and keep records for accounting and tax purposes.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing spam.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for your records.
• Resend — sending you emails (confirmations, next steps).
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous analytics.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

The AI Efficiency Assessment does not require access to your email, CRM, accounting software, website, or any internal systems. The assessment is based on your intake form and discovery call. If you later choose implementation work, we will clearly define any access needed before it begins.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (subject to records we are required to keep).

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at alex@yourtimebackai.com. We handle personal information in a manner consistent with Canada's applicable privacy laws (including PIPEDA).

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-compliant security, and we limit access to your records to what is necessary to deliver the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
